About Me

I write about intimacy after 50 because I believe desire, connection, and emotional closeness do not disappear with age. They change. And too often, no one talks honestly about those changes. I created this space to explore what intimacy really looks like in midlife — the emotional layers, the quiet questions, the rebuilding of trust, and the deepening of connection that can still happen.

For many women and couples, midlife brings unexpected shifts. Bodies feel different. Desire feels quieter or more complicated. Emotional distance can grow without either partner fully understanding why. I’ve seen how silence around these changes creates confusion and self-doubt. My work is about removing that silence and creating space for honest reflection without shame or pressure

This isn’t about giving rigid advice or pretending there’s a single solution for everyone. It’s about understanding the emotional side of intimacy — trust, vulnerability, communication, and self-awareness. After 50, intimacy can become deeper, more intentional, and more meaningful when it’s rooted in emotional safety. That is the heart of what I write about.

Midlife Spark Radio

Midlife Spark Radio grew out of the same need that led me to write — the need for honest, human conversations about intimacy, healing, and identity in midlife.

After 50, many people feel unheard. Conversations about desire, trust, emotional distance, and rebuilding connection often happen in private — if they happen at all. I wanted to create a space where those conversations could exist openly, without shame or pressure, and without being reduced to clichés or quick fixes.

Midlife Spark Radio is a place to slow down and listen. It brings together music, reflection, storytelling, and thoughtful discussion centered on emotional connection, self-trust, and rediscovering what still feels alive within us.

This isn’t a station about telling people what to do. It’s about creating room — for clarity, for curiosity, and for remembering that growth, desire, and connection don’t disappear with age. They evolve.

The radio station is an extension of my writing, my work, and my belief that midlife can be a deeply meaningful chapter when we allow ourselves to speak honestly and listen carefully.
